How to Get Chaos Dragon
First, you must be at Castle 25 to obtain this hero.
You can collect medals for Chaos Dragon by completing stage 3 hell events or 24-hr challenges where he is included as a reward.
You get 1 medal each time in hell events or up to 3 medals in the 24hr challenges.
How to Upgrade Chaos Dragon
Upgrading this hero involves participating in Hell Events as well as 24-hour challenge event.
You need to collect 20 medals to make it green, 50 to blue, 100 to purple, and 150 to gold.
All in all, you need 330 medals to obtain and enhance to legendary grade.
