Deep in the Temple of the Eternal Eye, the little girl climbed the altar.
She knelt before the smooth orb, took a breath, and began to chant, the familiar words rolling off her tongue.
As the chant reached a crescendo, she reached out to touch the orb, just as she had seen her father do so many times.
Too late she heard the warning, her fingers pressing on the orb as Har’Kon the high priest grabbed her arms.
A swirl of color and noise engulfed the temple. When he came to, Har’Kon stumbled out of the ruins.
The Eye has been awakened. He must find his daughter before it is too late.
